Mentality of Superman.

Superman is the most recognizable character in the world. Today, we will figure out why he is this popular and dive into the heart of the character. Created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.
The story that truly encompasses the heart of the character is All-Star Superman, created by Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely. The story begins with Superman helping some astronauts on a mission in the sun. Something goes horribly wrong, and Superman has to save them. While Superman is there saves them something happens to Superman's cells. He usually gets his powers from the sun, but this time he absorbed too much solar energy, so his cells couldn't keep up much made it to where his cells were slowly self-destructed, killing im slowly. While killing him slowly, this also allowed him to be 3 times as strong, and he gained some new powers. When returning to Earth, Superman starts to prepare Earth for the future without Superman. Saying goodbye to all his friends and loved ones and telling Lois Lane his secret identity. He performs the twelve labors, which are meant to leave Earth safe. During these feats of strength, he encounters a girl who is suicidal at the top of a building, looking down. Superman shows up behind her, saying, “It’s never as bad as it seems. You’re much stronger than you think you are. Trust me.” Then, hugging the girls and she starts crying. This shows the heart of Superman, showing that everyone is worth saving, everything from a poor animal who is lost to a girl who is suicidal on top of a building.
The mentality of Superman is truly inspiring. He treats everyone with kindness and respect, even people who might not deserve it, like Lex Luthor. In this story, Lex creates a serum that gives him Superman's power for 24 hours. He has a fight with Superman, but eventually sees the world just as Superman sees it. He finally understands how Superman sees the world, and he is convinced to start doing good for humanity instead of having so much hatred towards Superman. Then, for the conclusion, Superman flies into the sun while turning into pure solar energy, giving his final farewell to humanity, whom he gave his all to, including his life. Then Superman disappears into the sun, marking the end of the greatest hero of all time.
We can apply a lot to our own lives. Being kind to everyone is one of the greatest things we can apply from this character. Even people who probably don't deserve it, we should still treat them with respect and kindness, and allow them to see the world as you do. Another thing we could learn from superman is to help those around you, if you see someone who is in distress or someone who you know seems depressed dont doubt to go over and help them out, give them some words of affirmation and some motivation, the world is already full of hate, you should become someones symbol of hope. You don't need powers to become a hero; you just need compassion, courage, and the will to keep showing up.
